Create and present pre-screening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.·Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.·Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.·Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full life cycle recruiting.·Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.·Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.·Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.

• Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.• Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews• Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Is involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building. • Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.

Trained new hires with the standard Product/Technical knowledge, conducted US Tax training, Up skill trainings for tenured employees to a higher tier. I have had a 100% pass rate for all my new hire classes.
