• Diagnose workstation, application, peripheral, network and/or printer problems• Troubleshoot switching, routing, VLANs, wireless network management and network security• Support both office and plant operations for all scanners, printers, scan guns (Zebra hand scanners), Citrix terminals, MES stations and PCs• Install and maintain desktop hardware and software for all users• Maintain company print directory; set up new printers on network print server, add to print directory • Participate in monthly on-call rotation and provide remote support to nationwide users on a 24/7 as needed basis• Annual PC Refresh project lead technician and continual support with company-wide MS Modernization activities keeping all users at current MS versions • Bi-annual site support for overarching site inventory projects • Build PCs for all new employees via new hire order and SCCM Imaging; similarly, process employee terminations and remove accesses• Manage inventory and ship new hire equipment to multiple nationwide sites• Act as lead for PC Retirement program; maintain inventory by packaging and shipping aged machines to recycling centers• Record all incident and service request activities in ServiceNow; create KB (knowledge base) articles in SNOW for team-share and future incident resolution
