With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, information technology, and consultancy sectors, I provider leadership towards the cultural, human resource, and professional development needs of organizations with tenured expertise. Throughout my career, I have worked with startups, corporations, and large growth-oriented firms. Within my roles, I have always focused on implementing department and fiscal operations, procedures and policies, strategies, and process workflows that lead to a successful management of Teams. I have extensive experience leading, managing, and executing a gamut of human resource and recruiting responsibilities, including organizational design, training and development, retention programs, and vendor selection and management. I also have M&A experience, as both acquirer and acquiree, where I’ve served as an organization’s integration partner and project manager at all aspects and levels.A few highlights of my career include being a founding principal of Vitalize Consulting Solutions, a successful healthcare IT consultancy, where I served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting for over a decade. I was also an Executive Healthcare Recruiting Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation, as well as the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at CTG Healthcare Solutions. Additionally, I’ve participated as a Board Member for both the Grinnell Regional Hospital (9 years) and Unity Point Hospital Systems (2 years).Prior to these experiences, I also received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Human Relations and Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration.
