As the Sr. Web Content Specialist, I collaborate with incredible team members across the org. to move fast, align in strategy, and drive business through the direct channel of Tricentis.com. In my role, I coordinate and triage daily requests for website changes, updates, promotions, and all hopes, dreams, and wishes for the www. Here's a little of what I do.• Web content management: Manage a biweekly web content publishing process and schedule to coordinating the launch of web marketing assets, announcements, and web development code releases in a timely manner.• Web request management and web authoring: Review and facilitate incoming web requests from all parts of the org., from initiating next-steps to execution and QA to maintain corporate branding on the website for publishing.• Migration projects: Supported the migration and launch of the new tricentis.com website (2022), assisted in launching Korean and Japanese language sites, continuously play a critical role in product launches for the website, and much more.• Cross-organization collaboration: Collaborate with product marketing, campaign managers, subject matter experts, designers, developers, and other content teams to keep web content up to date, as well as initiate new content creation.• Web standardization/template design and guidance: Guide and consult with other stakeholders on best practices for web content, web layout, and information architecture.

As an SEO Technical Analyst, I:• Managed and developed SEO strategies for 12+ clients in varying industries, including E-commerce, charitable organizations, local art galleries, and more.
