I am excited about technical and logistical problem solving; to mentally break down the problem into smaller pieces and organize a path forward. The HP way was how I started my professional life and is still my moral compass today: teamwork, flexibility, manage by goals, and consider everyone as customers (both internal and external). My measure of success is not a list of what I accomplished, but more importantly, how the accomplishments were achieved: did I rise above by uplifting those around me and together we succeed or did I rise above by pushing others around me down? I prescribe to the prior, I am motivated by how I can contribute to other’s success, in turn, my own success.Working on Inkjet printers gave me many years of diverse technical and program experience, with many projects to utilize my mechanical, fluidic, electrical, firmware knowledge. In addition to a breadth of engineering coverage, I have successfully worked thru the logistic side of part/product R&D development; involving procurement, quality assurance, manufacturing infrastructure, operation, schedule development, support organization, and with the model shop for rapid prototypes. To guide a brand new platform project thru NPI builds to production with very little drama is an awesome feeling.My work philosophy to work by: - Seek Win-Win situations; - Seek opportunity for collaboration when possible; - Empower others around you, grow your team by teaching them how to fish and visa versa;- Help others to help you; - Be mindful and respectful of other’s responsibility, give everyone an opportunity to grow;- Be open minded to new ideas;- It is ok to make mistakes; - Build your team with those who work hard and interested in learning and growing, and have self awareness; -
