Negotiated major changes to the tool to ensure that all stakeholders could more easily extract the information needed to analyze the progress of the program.Ultimate responsibility for key aspects of the program including account executive coordination, marketing, reporting, customer satisfaction and achieving energy savings goals based on use of the reworked BI tool. Program Received Platts’ 2010 Energy Efficiency Program of the Year - Energy Supplier categoryAlso authored business case for launching an Automated Benchmarking Service.
