HIMA is world famous safety-related automation solutions company. HIMA (Shanghai) is engaged in oil & chemical industry for safety system projects, such as: SIS&FGS, HIPPS, ITCC.The main projects which I am responsible for are as follows:(1).Iran Yadavaran Oil Field Development ProjectProject brief: 12 Wellheads & 2 Manifolds. The Wellhead includes PCS&ESD&FGS, HIPPS, LVDB, UPS, and the Manifold includes ESD&FGS, PCS, LVDB & UPS. HIMAX safety system is SIL3 in accordance with IEC 61508, it's for mid-size and big applications with highest requirements and reaction time. HIPPS safety system is SIL4 in accordance with IEC 61508, Planar4 safety system even can be used in nuclear power plant.Achievement: Responsible for hardware drawing design, programming, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Start-up; on-site support for HIPPS\​LVD\U​PS SAT, power on, commissioning and Start-up.(2).China Coal Erdos Tuke Chemical Fertilizer SIS ProjectProject brief: 3 boilers, 7 gasification furnaces and 2 gas purification units. HIMA H51q-HRS safety system hardware drawing design, programming, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Start-up.HIQuad safety system is SIL3 in accordance with IEC 61508, it's the most stable and wide used safety system for small and mid-size applications.(3). Hebei Xinhai chemical plant 1MT/Y Continuous Reforming integrated Plant and 1.6MT/Y Hydrocracking Plant HIMA H51q-HRS safety system hardware drawing design, programming, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Start-up.Adopting Intouch2012 for HMI design and ControlMeastor for SOE.(4).Shan Dong Li Shu 40KT/Y MEK unit SIS Project, HIMA H51q-HRS safety system hardware drawing design, programming, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Start-up.Adopting Intouch2012 for HMI design and ControlMeastor for SOE.(5).Shengli oilfield 1MT/Y Diesel Hydro treating Unit & 10KT/Y Sulfur Recovery Unit SIS Project, HIMA H51q-HRS safety system hardware drawing design, programming, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Start-up.

The company is engaged in instrument and control system engineering in petroleum, gas and chemical industries. The main projects which I took part in as follows:1. IRAN MIS Oil Field Development Project Project consists of PUDP & FPF Oil and Gas treatment plants which adopt Hollysys DCS & HIMA SSS safety system. The SSS consists of safety instrument system (SIS) and Fire & Gas (F&GS) system. I was the site manager of the project, in charged of the SSS design, integration, programming, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Start-up and etc. 2. Honeywell DCS&SIS&RTU Project of Longgang Natural Gas Purification Plant, what I in charged was SIS software programming, FAT,SAT,Commissioning, Start-up and etc.The emphasis and difficulty was ignition of 3 types of furnace and furnace interlock in different occasions.DCS adopts Honeywell Experion_PKS_C300，SIS adopts Honeywell SM SIL3 safety system. 3. Honeywell DCS&SIS&RTU Project of Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant Wanzhou branch, what I in charged was SIS software programming, FAT,SAT,Commissioning, Start-up and etc. The emphasis and difficulty was ignition of main furnace and furnace interlock in different occasions. 4. LNG Project of Hongrun Light Dydrocarbon Chemical Co.,Ltd. DeYang. (1). Responsible for the design clarify and procurement. (2). Hollysys DCS programing,FAT,SAT,Commissioning, Start-up and etc. (3). GE Fanuc SIL3 Triple Safety System(GMR) material select, integration, programming, installation, SAT, commissioning and start-up etc.5. Honeywell DCS&SIS Project of Laoye Temple Oil & Gas Treatment Plant, Eastern Hebei, what I in charged was SAT, Commissioning, Start-up etc. 6. Honeywell DCS&SIS Project of Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant Dazhu Branch, what I was in charged is SAT, Commissioning, Start-up and etc.
