• Supported the Institute for Integrated Transitions, a Colombia-based NGO, in developing an international treaty for domestic armed conflict prevention.• Researched and analyzed the reward system in existing international law treaties, resulting in a well-structured legal memo that helped enhance the organization’s advocacy.

• Served as the first in-house counsel of Greenpeace Taiwan, managing contracts and litigation cases in three Taiwan offices, advising on legal and compliance issues for GPEA (Hong Kong, Beijing, Seoul, Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung). Negotiated contracts with entities in more than ten different jurisdictions across the U.S, Europe, and Asia. • Filed and managed the first-ever climate litigation against government regulation in Taiwan: Greenpeace East Asia and others v. Ministry of Economic Affairs. Along with the general counsel of Greenpeace International, represented the organization to discuss the case at the A4ID’s inaugural Annual Conference 2021. The panel included Jeffrey Sachs, human rights and environmental lawyers, directors of NGOs, high court judges, and pro bono practitioners from dozens of countries.• Assessed potential strategic litigation for distant water fishery workers who were victims of forced labor and human trafficking. Reviewed, counseled, and mitigated legal and political risks in official documents, press releases, and publications.

• APEC Voices of the Future is held concurrently with the regional-bloc economic forum, APEC. It convenes a one-week annual summit where delegate teams from the 21 APEC member economies work and learn together and engage top-level policymakers and business leaders on a range of global issues• Discussed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and created a well-organized proposal connecting the successful experience of Taiwan to facilitate Taiwan’s international reputation for progressiveness• Represented Taiwan to join the drafting of the Youth Declaration, along with other youth delegates from the 21 APEC member countries to discuss the APEC initiatives, negotiate, and set up a vision for the future
