In this role, I manage a team of integration engineers across the EU and US regions, streamline the launch of 30+ partners responsible for $100M+ GWP annually, and create a comprehensive training program for new team members. I also perform technical due diligence for potential acquisition targets, identify efficiency and automation opportunities, and contribute to the prioritization of integration projects based on business requirements.
