- Assist with annual professional development awards and events (National Conference, National Research Forum)- Maintain and advance corporate website and microsites- Manage social media accounts, and maintain a content calendar in line with campaign priorities and partner activities- Create communications plans and strategies that result in effective communications content/collateral

Manage and promote NCTA tennis leagues at three locations around the city of Ottawa.

- Contribute to the creation and implementation of the communication plan and a marketing campaign;- Coordinate the ongoing communication with all of the organizations members and key stakeholders;- manage the production of newsletter and online marketing materials;- Contribute to National Championships and Canada Open including event branding (information package, medal, invitation, certification, and promotional materials), volunteer management, sponsor assistance, live-streaming, media coordination, audience engagement;- Manage the complete relaunch of the Taekwondo Canada's website and maintain all website activities including content creation;- Create a sponsorship package and forge a strong relationship with current sponsors.

- Deliver the city-wide adult tennis leagues by managing schedule, facility booking, season format/divisional alignment, and on-going communication with team captains;- Produce multiple junior/adult tournaments and increased the tournament participation rate by 20%.- Plan and produce marketing materials, including yearbooks, banners, posters, and brochures.- Organize year-end banquet and coordinate with food catering companies.- Attend AGM and present the season-end report.

- Lead the development and delivery of the Capital Kids program;- Manage the program registration, communication, and day-to-day administration;- Recruit local youth to assist coaches on court and coordinate their enrollment in OTA training courses;- Assist the Ottawa Regional Coordinator with the hiring of tennis instructors, program scheduling, and distribution of tennis equipment;- Communicate with tennis instructors, parents, school administrators, City of Ottawa representatives via email, phone and in-person;- Promote Capital Kids through local news outlets, school boards and community events/information sessions;- Implement appropriate evaluation tools and participation metrics for participants, staff, and program partners for use in reports as required by the Ontario Trillium Foundation;- Identify issues and challenges for the program and its participants and find appropriate solutions; - Monitor best practices and employ them accordingly.

- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office and report directly to the business owner;- Communicate with existing advertisers by email and phone;- Promote the newspaper to potential advertisers and respond to general inquiries from the public;- Gather, edit and translate local news to be published, as well as manage the online content;- Ensure advertisers are accurately invoiced and balance paid.

- Work out of Canadian Tire Centre on a special long-term project to provide senior management with an estimate of Ottawa Senators and all of its assets to its local market;- Conduct secondary research, primary research, survey design, and meeting with the senior management;- Analyse the data collected from the above researches;- Assist the supervisor with different tasks such as providing insight into the new facility proposal
