Duties include registering patients as Patient Access Representative as well as assisting doctors and nurses in a multidoctor Pediatric Outpatient Office by performing vital signs, point of care testing, PFT testing both at the Newark, NJ facility and a satellite office in Edison, NJ. Duties at the Edison, NJ location include managing patient care as well as managing the facility. Currently a full time position.

Response and care of emergency (911) calls to the Irvington, Orange, Newark, NJ areas; now currently expanding to the Palisades Medical Center, North Bergen area and surrounding towns. Also providing care and transport (ie. driving the ambulance) for patients being discharged from area hospitals either to residences or other facilities.

Response to 911 medical emergencies at contracted nursing homes in Union, Essex, Bergen Counties, NJ areas. Also transport and treatment of dialysis patients to/from nursing homes and residences. Part time position.

Responsibilities include assisting customers and resellers with complex videoconferencing product problems via analog/digital telephone lines and IP networks. Also providing assistance to customers with digital photography, display, medical and pro audio product problems via telephone and documenting all problems/solutions.Resolved complex customer equipment problems by providing primary technical support for videoconferencing, display, pro audio, medical and digital photography products.Reduced time spent in troubleshooting future equipment problems by entering of customer information with a goal of 100% input into the Remedy database. Developed and provided videoconferencing systems training classes as well as forms and procedures to outside servicers and colleagues. Resolved customer and reseller set up and troubleshooting problems of cable/satellite/audio/ video systems at business and residence locations via phone.Provided support of installation and troubleshooting of Sony StoreStation computer backup systems for new and existing Wal*Mart stores. Training courses attended include Bellcore ISDN Troubleshooting & Diagnostics and new product technical training of supported Sony products.

I was responsible for the operation of various types of equipment, especially Videoconferencing equipment and conference room set ups, for both Sony Executives as well as outside customers. My goal was to log each trouble call into the Remedy database with results of my testing which led to the fix in the event the same problem surfaces with another customer, we have the information at hand as to how the problem was resolved. I also was responsible for Medical, Pro Audio, Digital Photography, Security and Display products.

Responsibilities include primary regional eastern US support of large screen display products on site at sporting/entertainment event stadiums and arenas. Support also includes monitor, projector and videoconferencing products at NorthEast US customer locations.Resolved Eastern US Region customer equipment problems on site by providing support/service for JumboTron large screen display systems.Resolved NorthEast US Region customer equipment problems by providing service in both the field and in-house service of broadcast monitors, projection systems, videoconferencing systems and high definition displays.Involvement with various engineering modification programs, upgrades, testing, engineering site analysis and equipment set-up and operations of JumboTron large screen display systems.Provided JumboTron maintenance training to local servicers on site.Training courses attended include JumboTron systems, broadcast monitors, projectors, videoconferencing, digital systems and Franklin Time Management.

I was responsible for servicing and operation of Broadcast Monitors to customers in the NE USA region. This involved both software and hardware upgrades and repairs on site at Broadcast Networks such as HBO, CBS and NBC.

I was responsible for the testing and repair of both customer AV switching systems and newly developed systems in the test dept.
