I have lived through an amazing journey with a variety of incredible opportunities to make a difference. I have been involved with large corporations, mid-size companies, and even startups. I have been an employee, a consultant, and a partner. And through all of those various organizations, I have been involved with transitions, such as new products initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and new industry-shifting evolution.My roles within companies have been to do, to lead, to manage, and to strategize within sales, warehousing/distribution, product management, marketing, information technology, and continuous improvement. And since my consulting days, I found that I have a passion and strength to identify opportunities and lay out ideas on how to capitalize on those opportunities.Through a number of certification programs and involvement with many professional associations, the broad range of my interests of helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach the best versions of themselves include my being an engineer, a manager, a leader, a coach, and a mentor.After crossing a monumental moment of my life last year with my relationship with my wife passing the 40-year mark and reaching ten grandchildren who all live within a 15-minute drive from my home, I decided that it was my time to start a new chapter of my life. My most recent chapter of my life is being committed to making a difference by helping others improve upon their relationships both in their personal lives as well as in their work lives. My recently-finished book, “Relationship Fitness” is all about my journey to aspire to promote the term “Relationship Fitness” and becoming the Relationship Fitness Guru that I am as well as building out a construct to understand what it takes to improve upon relationships. I also have a mobile app to help people manage Relationship Fitness Improvement Journeys.
