I am pursuing dual degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Florida, with an anticipated graduation in May 2026. I am also pursuing a minor in Engineering Innovation, which boasts skills such as product design, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, project management, and divergent thinking. This minor included a summer spent at TU Berlin in Germany.I have three years of biotechnology laboratory experience, including one year of being a teaching assistant. I have a further three years of experience currently serving as an undergraduate research assistant in UF's SYBORGS Lab. Formerly a participant in the DARPA B-SURE project, I contributed to advancements in understanding gene expression in space, including the successful launch of three bacterial payloads (on SpX-27, CREW-7, and SpX-31) to the International Space Station for study. Previously, I was also part of the Systems Design and Integration Division at the Center for the Utilization of Biological Engineering in Space (CUBES), a NASA Space Technology Research Institute focused on biomanufacturing for deep space exploration.
