• Identify implications of school and Network performance data and make strategic recommendations to Chief of Schools and Instructional Support Leaders.
• Guide schools in strategic planning by grounding decision-making in outcome data.
• Liaise with Network Instructional Support Leaders and School Chiefs on school metrics and analysis, and uses data in real time to develop and execute aggressive improvement plans focused on school leadership, teacher.
• Support Chiefs so that they can assist Principals and ILTs in setting goals and selecting appropriate measures to monitor progress of school-based programs.
