About Wynonna Susilo

I am a queer, Asian American therapist specializing in BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ mental health. I was born and raised in Indonesia, I spent several years in Singapore, and currently reside in Seattle, Washington. As an immigrant and Third Culture Kid (TCK), my cross-cultural journey of self-discovery has impacted my understanding of community and belonging. I draw from a variety of human-centered, evidence-based theories that include Adlerian psychology, Person-Centered therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I also employ Mindfulness-Based Art therapy to facilitate more insight about internal experiences through art-making. I am passionate about building empathetic and collaborative relationships with my clients.I work from an anti-racist, social justice framework that focuses on dismantling the oppressive structures we have internalized. My therapeutic space is relationally focused and process-oriented, with emphasis on the intersection between one’s cultural narratives and lived experiences. I am honored to hold space for all identities, in all bodies.
