My life has provided many experiences ranging from caring for the elderly, taking part in the arts, working with cutting edge technologies, and collaborating in the business world. I work for CS2 as a Director of Marketing Operations. I'm thrilled to work with an intelligent and results driven organization who helps their clients push the boundaries of what marketing operations can do.Previously I worked as a Director of Global Marketing Operations for Stratasys, an innovative company in the additive manufacturing industry. I spent 9 years in a variety of roles at Code42 ranging from Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Salesforce BA/Project Management, and Technical Support. I lean on my wide ranging experience to help marketers be more strategic with their operations. I strongly believe that business success starts with People. As a manager, I've coached and led teams to achieve results that they didn't think were possible. Second, businesses need effective Processes. When mistakes are made, I first look at the underlying processes (or lack of) to identify ways to improve for the future. Third, I believe that Data enables teams to make better decisions and achieve higher results. I'm passionate about building out predictable and consistent data and analytics frameworks to empower stakeholders to make actionable decisions based on the data that they have available to them. Lastly, Technology is necessary to innovate within an organization and provide memorable customer experiences. I enjoy enabling teams to use their existing technology to its full capabilities. I also enjoy introducing new technologies that solve meaningful problems. The potential is limitless when you have a well functioning tech stack.I was also a professional Stage Manager for live theater in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. My experiences on stage and behind the scenes have shaped me into the leader that I am today.I graduated with my MBA through Bethel University and have a BA from UW-River Falls.I'm always interested in connecting with old colleagues and also meeting growing my professional network.
