- Managed and performed IT controls testing for a large international bank.- Conducted IT audits, Cyber security reviews and Business Continuity assessments for various banks and Telecommunication companies in the Caribbean and South America.

- Conducted IBM software license compliance reviews for a large global Dutch bank;- Conducted IT audits, Cyber security reviews for large Dutch banks, retails companies and public sector entities in the the Netherlands

- Supervised a team of 3 resources that provided IT service desk support to 700 end-users;- Provided IT service desk support (based on ITIL) to a large Canadian oil company;- Provided IT service desk support and assisted with the redesign of IT operational processes and procedures (based on ITIL) for various large Dutch companies
