I am a passionate and experienced professional in the fields of talent development, leadership development, corporate culture, organisational factors, performance and change management, internationalisation and expatriation. On the other, I am committed to facilitation, facilitating exploration, understanding, analysis, state change and development. This duality between science and facilitation guides my vision and approach in everything I do.Over the years, I have acquired a wide range of expertise, from engineering to business management, coaching, assessment tools (including psychometrics and axiology), project and change management, agile methods and organisational psychology. I have always sought to increase and renew my knowledge and skills, with the aim of better serving my clients, whether they are internal or external to the organisation.In my career, I've had the opportunity to start projects from scratch, to live in countries and cultures far removed from my own, to be confronted with the unexpected, to experience uncertainty and volatility, to become aware of and see how a state of mind impacts on achievements. In this way, I am convinced that many people intuitively have an agile mindset, but that they are often hampered by rigid organisational systems.
