I educated students on restaurant and catering SOP, basic serving skills, and food/health safety. I instructed students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. I prepared objectives and outlines for courses of study, following curriculum guidelines or industry requirements. I supported students in the use and care of equipment and materials to prevent injury and damage. I prepared, administered, and graded tests and field performance to evaluate student progress. I attended professional meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops to maintain and improve professional competence in industry.
