I am an engineering trades person with expertise in quality assurance,engineering and manufacturing . Most recently,as a Quality technician I have been directly involved in metrology, calibration of measuring instruments and maintaining the calibration database. I have also undertaken comprehensive product testing of lock furniture, environmental testing, off tool sample inspection and reporting, inwards goods inspection, prototype machining. I have successfully trained in operating the new optical CMM-Micro VU, which drastically cut down the measuring process for a high priority project.Customer service is one of my strengths. I believe everyone I encounter in the workplace is a customer, and I have been known to build and maintain strong relationships across the span of my career.
