Housekeeping and Front office

- Responsible for the Manor Club, the Rosewood signature executive lounge designed in a sophisticated, residential style with 24 hours operations. - Leading the Manor Club team to provide seamless front services and food and beverage services. - Leading the butlers team and guest relations team to provide the guests with the intuitive, personal and luxury experience at Rosewood.- Leading the business center team.- Being part of the management team to contribute to the hotel's success. - Being the HR business partner to develop the team, while handing other human resources matters (i.e. performance management, training and development, disciplinary issues etc.). - Taking care of the departmental P&L

- Leading the butler team to ensure the butler activities are aligned with the corporate strategy. - Ensuring the butler service standards are in accordance with the standard operating procedures to provide the memorable experiences for the guests. - Personally ensuring all guests are having the most pleasant journey upon arrival, till departure while actively maintaining and updating the guest profiles with the team and other departments.- Managing P&L strategically for the butler department.- Collaborating with other departments actively (i.e. guest relations, front service, housekeeping, food and beverage, security etc.) and to work closely with management strategically.- Conducting regular departmental meetings to communicate the hotel strategies to the team.- Being the HR business partner to develop the team, while handing other human resources matters (i.e. performance management, training and development, disciplinary issues etc.).

- Taking one of the leadership roles in the butler team to provide butler services for customers.

- Providing intuitive and seamless butler services to guests and maintaining great relationships with guests. - Handling guests complains and working with management to ensure guests satisfactions.- Ensuring guest rooms' standard per customers' preference and brand standard.

- Responsible for taking care and inspecting of guests rooms, arranging cleaning schedule to ensure the cleanliness of the guests rooms per brand standard. - Observing and understand guests behaviours and solving guest comments to ensure their pleasant stay. - Leading and arranging shift schedules and assignments of housekeepers.- Reporting out on the rooms conditions to management on a daily basis.
