Onsite travel to Malaysia for a project called CnC ( Collective Intelligence and Command Centre) Business Activity Monitoring, which helps to monitor the key KPIs and KRIs for confirmation and Settlement process across entities in one screen, part of the project team representing Operations to ensure successful implementation Successful migration of SCB Singapore entity from OPICS to Murex 3.1TP system Successfully managed migrations of downstream systems and supported from Ops perspective Supported and managed different client migrations – Custodian, Bic and PortalKey Highlights and Achievements:• Successfully completed 4 A3s in the last 2 years which has helped to save 2 FTEs interms of efficiency saves and also enhanced client experience which was evident in the reduction of client chasers and complaints.
