Derivatives Operations: Documentations:• Responsible for checking the outbound confirmations and dispatching the confirmations to clients• Responsible for monitoring the inbound confirmations received from clients and reconciling against the deal booking, matching them accordingly and raising any discrepancies with Middleoffice.• Monitoring client emails for confirmations and handling any queries related to confirmations• Preparing confirmations timeliness reports to track adherence to the policies on any potential breaches and timely escalations to managementDerivatives Settlements:• Monitor the settlement cash flows in the processing queue in Murex for Currency Options, NDF, Interest rate derivatives and Credit derivatives products• Process the payments as per the prioritization of settlement dates and currency• Handling discrepancies in the cashflows by investigating the details and raise with Middle office for any clarifications• Handling client queries in relation to settlements and timely escalations to Manager for major issues• Reconciliation of Nostro and Suspense breaks and timely resolution from an Operations perspective, and escalation of any exceptions to the management.• Trained new joiners and ensured cross trainings FX MM Settlements, Confirmations and Support Functions: Managed settlements, confirmations and Support functions team with primary responsibility of MESA, UK and NY countries. Received Business Excellence Award, Team Excellence Award, and various ICONS awards during the stint.
