Responsible for AMEDD, Chaplain, and JAG accessions mission and recruiting activities as a part of the annual Officer Strength Management Plan. Coordinate with the Military Personnel Officer (MILPO), Recruiting and Retention Commander (RRC), Officer Personnel Manager (OPM), and other senior leaders and commanders as directed to develop specialty branch officer procurement priorities. Develop recruiting programs and materials to increase the number of Specialty Branch candidates that join the NJARNG. Actively recruit qualified officers via Interstate Transfer (IST), Reserve Component Transfer (RCT), officers assigned to the IRR to include all military services. Utilize the Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS) IAW prescribed guidance from NGB to process and submit Specialty Branch application packets through IKrome via the Direct Commission and Accession (DCA) system.
