• Enforcing the company’s think 21 policy and ensuring everyone is ID checked prior to placing bets.
• Supporting the Shop Manager with the opening and closure of the store
• Handling complaints and passing them onto the manager, taking payment, giving information and helping to solve customer problems.

• Promote school policies on pupil behaviour, employing strategies for behaviour management whilst creating a friendly atmosphere and delivering professional approach.
• Knowledge of intervention strategies to support pupils with lesson difficulties
• Understand the most effective way in which to support learning for given tasks working inside and outside the classroom.
• Dealing with incidents and logging statements to ensure parent/carers and senior leadership team are aware of behavioural problems.
• Employ strategies and adhere to safeguarding procedures agreed by school via policies to raise self-esteem and build relationship with pupils.
• Provide 1:1 and group learning support, establish the most effective way of proving support to pupils with different needs

• To supervise children during lunchtime providing appropriate sports activities for each specific club, encouraging cooperation, securing their safety monitoring well-being and ensuring good behaviour.
• Using specialist sports skills and training to support pupils
• Preparing the sports club facilities, equipment and activities ensuring quality standards are met
• Offering modified activities for children with physical needs
• Promote good behaviour amongst team mates and ensuring safeguarding procedures are adhered to
