Currently in my third year at Indiana University, I am pursing a degree in Public Financial Management. Fascinated by crunching numbers since I was a kid, I have always dreamt of working in finance.Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I was captivated by all aspects of what drives a business. Especially the financial aspect of the business, and as I grew older I realized the importance of being smart financially to be able to excel as a business. My father started up his own automotive repair shop over 20 years ago that continues to grow and has expanded to also selling cars, boats, and offering many other automotive services. My grandfather also has opened a restaurant that has been open for 20 years and has grown to over three restaurants as well as a food truck. Always wanting to learn more I surrounded myself around these businesses to really understand the basic concepts of what drives a business. Through my work and school experiences, I have been drawn to wanting to help individuals and businesses make strong informed decisions about their financial positions to grow their wealth. Through these experiences the skills of communication, teamwork, and a great work ethic have all had the biggest impact on where I am today. By continuing these skills, I hope to take the next step and find an internship in which I am able to learn and grow in the finance industry. Interests: Basketball - Outdoors - Music - Classic cars
