I worked with the Controlling and Reporting accounting team and developed a month-end close Smartsheet dashboard and associated visualization for the Operational Accounting organization to be used by the VP of Accounting and Executive Director of Accounting to monitor the progression of month-end close, quickly identify areas of importance, and obtain relevant information required to manage and enhance the overall accounting close cycle.We received great feedback on our final dashboard from all of our stakeholders and from the CFO Matt Ellis when we demonstrated its uses during our end-of-summer presentation to him.
