  During my time as a project delivery manager, I've regularly facilitated discussions and collaboration across diverse functional teams to promote synergy, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment. This extends to our product owner meetings, providing comprehensive project updates, addressing concerns, and fostering alignment among all parties. Working with my team, we would also regularly review project tasks and prioritise them, while managing our product owner's expectations, to ensure that we keep to the project timeline. Outside of day-to-day responsibilities, I helped conduct multiple contextual enquiry and user acceptance testing sessions for our onboarding clients to ensure that our product met their needs, and requested improvements were reviewed, discussed and placed in the product backlog.- Collaborated closely with product owners to regularly align on requirements and system status, enhancing project vision and direction.- Led daily standup meetings, sprint planning sessions, and ad-hoc planning sessions- Identified and implemented process improvements during sprint retrospectives, ensuring streamlined workflows and efficiency.- Played a key role in creating and maintaining project documentation, including impactful slide decks and organized shared drives.- Provided valuable technical assistance to colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team culture.- Conducted successful handover sessions for departing colleagues and supported onboarding by bringing new team members up to speed.
