Als HR manager van een scale-up organisatie ben ik de spil in het ontwikkelen en behouden van talent. Ik bied strategisch HR-advies aan de rest van het management en zorg voor implementatie van beleid dat de bedrijfscultuur ondersteunt. Dit omdat prestatiemanagement niet alleen belangrijk is voor duurzame woningen, maar ook voor mensen! Ik houd me bezig met onboarding, professionele ontwikkeling en welzijn van medewerkers en zorg dat HR een sleutelpositie vervult in de groei van Watch-E. Daarbij ben ik hands-on en vervul zowel operationele taken als strategische initiatieven.

Bij Watch-E overzie en faciliteer ik een goede uitvoering van onze operationele dienstverlening. Hiermee helpen we woningcorporatiemedewerkers en bewoners op weg met het beheer van energie in de duurzame woning. Hierin ben ik onder andere verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van onze technische bewaking en bewonersbegeleiding. Uiteraard coach ik daarbij het team dat aanspreekpunt is voor onze klanten. Dit alles voor succesvolle duurzame bouw- en renovatieprojecten met woningen die groen zijn én groen blijven.

Bij Watch-E helpen we bewoners die in een sociale huurwoning met kostbare, duurzame techniek wonen, om energiezuinig gedrag toe te passen. Door middel van MijnEnergiebundel, een app die bewoners begrijpen en die het makkelijk en leuk voor bewoners maakt om energiezuinig gedrag in te zetten en vol te houden! Met behulp van onze applicaties kan de betaalbaarheid van de woning worden gegarandeerd voor de bewoner én voor de portfolio manager.

TvT verbindt jonge talenten aan elkaar en aan organisaties met behoefte aan durf en experimenteerkracht. In 2019 groeiden zij van start-up naar scale-up, om deze ontwikkeling optimaal te faciliteren werkten Talent voor Transitie en Plan-X samen. Deze samenwerking beviel zo goed dat ik als jonge professional deelnam aan het ontwikkelprogramma met de Versnellers groep TvT 2.0.Het 2-jarige programma focust op vaardigheden die je nodig hebt als transitieversneller in een complexe omgeving, zoals:◦ energie en besluitvorming◦ betrekken van belanghebbenden◦ navigeren van werk◦ samenwerken en sturing van teams

Verandering heeft verbinding tussen verschillende schakels in een systeem nodig om transitie tot een succes te maken. Met Plan-X richtte ik mij op het verkleinen van de kloof tussen jouw duurzame project en de eindgebruiker. Bij Watch-E help ik nog steeds klanten om te middendenken in het managen van en communiceren over hun duurzame project. Samen met Plan-X bracht ik stakeholders, waaronder bewoners, en professionals samen om de door jou beoogde ontwikkeling te versnellen. Niet bottom-up, niet (middle-)top down: wel vanuit het midden. Ik ben blij dit bij Watch-E door te mogen zetten en hier verder te kunnen ondernemen, samen met het geweldige Watch-E team.

The project at vhw was to research the Leipzig charter 2007-2020, combined with the question how we can foster social cohesion in diverse neighbourhoods and quarters. Together with my team, I developed an international workshop around the question: "How can planners, policy makers and implementing actors, implement appropriate sustainable integrated urban development strategies, that foster social cohesion in diverse neighborhoods and quarters?". vhw will inform the evaluation of the evaluation of the Leipzig charter based on the development and results of the workshop, that took place in june 2018 in Berlin.vhw is a non-profit organisation dedicated to training and research in the areas of housingand urban development. It aims to help local authorities act effectively, foster a diverse civilsociety, and strengthen local democracy. Our cities are places where society transforms: through immigration and emigration, increasing economic pressure, new technologies and working conditions as well as new lifestyles and family structures. Active citizens, democratically elected decision-makers and responsible businesses shape this dynamic together, creating new possibilities for the future of our cities. The vhw research department strives to answer key questions concerning the future of social cohesion in our increasingly diverse cities and neighbourhoods. In partnership with academia and local government, vhw researches the changing urban society, shapes and supervises participatory processes, monitors the roles played by different parties, and examines the communication between public bodies and citizens. As part of this, it stimulates debate, including via the vhw city network. The overarching aim is to strengthen local democracy.

I accompanied children and (young) adults who are living at the Pluryn institutions on voluntary and mandatory base. Within this target group there is a variety of emerging issues. From mental disabilities to autism and other mental disorders, or non-congenital brain injury.I coached these clients in their daily activities and care. I supported them in the structuring of their dayly lives and learning to deal with their own as well as other peoples problems. Part of this coaching agreement is that the clients can occasionally ‘just’ have a nice, fun time and gets to be themselves.

I studied Applied Psychology. I majored in 'Work- and Organizational Psychology' and chose the minor 'Careerdevelopment and reintegration'. I want to look at psychology and any kind psychological problems in a positive, problem-solving way. It's important to keep in mind that persons, relations and situations always vary. People and the way they look at things can change.
