Prepare for market penetration of Air & Water products to S.E.A. regions, including compliance investigation, benchmark analysis and sales channel support;Manage and update the global Inter-company price of Air & Water filters for S.E.A. team, analyze overall price competitiveness and propose alternative product sourcing for cost-effectiveness; Work closely with R&D and sales to identify customer needs, prepare quotations, participate in online/offline bidding and provide technical supports to fulfil the bulk orders for key accounts; Work proactively with sales team to provide regional sales forecast in terms of product varieties & quantities to China & Global entities, lead discussion of new product launch for S.E.A. market.

Collaborate with National University of Singapore, plan & execute the NF coating experiments (DOE) on flat sheet and hollow fiber UF membrane base for drinking water project (sponsored by Singapore government agency)

Set up Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) treatment pilot plant in lab for waste water treatment with in-house flat sheet MF membrane cassettes;Perform data analysis and compile progress reports to management level;Locate & provide technical supports to Jurong MBR project (Singapore government project);Communicate with production, QA/QC & other departments to assure the membrane product quality and conduct the failure root cause analysis
