Worked in Changan Ford Mazda manufacturing department after graduated from university, it is a joint venture of Changan auto, Ford Motor and Mazda automobile where build both Ford and Mazda brand vehicle.As VCATS engineer in assembly workshop, look after all the testing busniess for all the model built in this plant. The products includes Ford fiesta, Mazda 2, Mazda 3, New Mazda 3, Mazda SUV CX-5.● Before VP build, write the technical agreement for the new model, request the configuration drawing and techincal document for the test sequence preparation. Compile the catcode file with drawings and BOM, look up the SSDS, GGDS and PDL file, check the validity of VSCS configuration.● During lanuch phase, test the vehicle which include KOEO, Rolls and KOER. Analysis the test results with the monitor log and CAN log, cordinate the PD and supplier. Confirm the un-configured function, optimize VSCS, catcode and VCATS software.● After mass production, maintenance VCATS hardware and revise the VCATS software for the modified models and running change.Three years get much electrical test knowledge and know well about the manufacturing/launch process.
