Act as project leader to manage project and small team(5 persons, design engineer, verification engineer, commercial and product engineer) , be responsible for the full cycle of new product development in local market, i.e sourcing, development, prototype building, assembly, manufacturing, testing, promotion and etc. Also develop staff within the team and control expense budget for all projects.
