Focusing on mobile app ads, I designed, developed and scaled technical solutions to meet industrial challenges of Google App Ads: - AI-generated text ads: I built a cross-functional project team to design and develop a self-service tool that generates text ads leveraging Google internal Large Language Model. Within a year, the tool helped hundreds of advertisers improve their text ads quality, and it has been built into Google Ads as a feature. - Acquire high value ad-monetization users: With Google Ads products only targeting in-app purchase users at that time, I designed a custom solution which used ad mediation data to acquire high value ad-monetization users. This solution is now a sub campaign type in Google Ads. - User behavior prediction: When the GA Prediction feature came out, I believed that it could benefit most advertisers even though it was not positioned as an advertising feature. Eventually, it became one of the most popular solutions in the CN market.For the last 2 years, I also led a 4-people solution consultant group supporting an ads sales team with 30+ sellers. My responsibility is to define the service menu, align support strategy with the sales team and analyze service efficiency for further improvements.

As the product owner of an agile team, my role is to analyse customer requirements, design solutions and ensure the delivery of tailor-made eCommerce solution to airline customer (portal website of China Southern Airline):
 - Acquire customer requirements and design accordingly functional/technical solutions based on various Amadeus products.
 - Perform feasibility study and produce specification as well as wireframe for the development team.
 - Provide technical support in the validation/acceptance phase of the solution delivery ensuring the fine-tuning of the finalisation.
 - Provide customised on-site product training for clients in different categories.
 - Participate in workshops at different stage of the projects including pre-sales as well as concept & planning.
