Involving CIGS and Perovskite solar module new product import, material development and process control.

CIGS Thin film solar technology ,involved in GG module ,Flex module and Diode assembly .including patent draft, new product and material development ,process optimization, reliability test handling .

Engaged in process and manufacture of glass etch/coat (wet process for higher transmittance) and silicon solar modules

Engaged in the process and manufacture of silicon solar module , Compiling SOP, WI and relevant documents,Root cause analysis and action execution for line issues and also in charge of the preparation of the customers’ new samples, prototypes of new products

Engaged in motherboard production process, carried out pilot run,prepared and optimized programs, analysed root cause of the production problems, prepared SOP, trained operators to make sure their operation coincides with SOP.

Prepared the products what satisfy customers ,determined the composition of leather resin and pigment formulas,performed raw materials properties tests，finish product tests.,provided the test reports, designed and optimized technological parameters and brought down defect rate.
