Hanergy is a multinational clean energy company and a world leader in thin-film solar power. Since establishment in 1989, Hanergy has been on a mission to build mobile energy and change the world with thin-film solar. At present, the company's total installed hydropower project capacity exceeds 6GW, and total installed wind power project capacity stands at 131MW. In the field of solar energy, Hanergy has engaged in the integration of the entire photovoltaic industry chain, covering R&D, high-end equipment manufacturing, PV module production and construction of photovoltaic power plants. Through global technical integration and independent innovation, Hanergy’s thin-film photovoltaic technology has reached an advanced international standard, with its flexible and glass-based copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) technologies achieving 20.56% and 22.92% conversion efficiency, and its gallium arsenide (GaAs) technology reaching a world record conversion efficiency of 29.1% and 31.6% for single-junction and dual-junction certified by Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems. While Hanergy's silicon heterojunction technology (SHJ) also holds the world record of 24.85% conversion efficiency.
