Above all, Xiaohoa is an artist in how she sees, translates ideas, processes, investigates, in order to create and connect. Xiaohoa’s family came as refugees from Laos. She attended public schools in the Midwest and went on to study Painting at University of Wisconsin, Education Policy at Loyola Marymount University, Social Sector Leadership at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University.
