Guide the vessel to well record all of the certificates / life saving equipments / fire fighting appliances /radio equipments survey report , and pay special attention to the certificates expire date, arranged the survey in time to keep all of the certificates in available status . 4. Keep well communication with the class and flag state, collect all of the related information regarding the update convention requirements, and give guidance to vessel ensure the ship management to meet the convention updated requirements.  5. Closely to monitor the vessels in charged and guide the vessels to prepare the PSC, require vessels to carry out self inspection according to the checklist prior to arrival port, if found any deficiency, will follow-up and provide ashore assistance to rectify, the vessels in charged have smoothly passed the PSC inspection of USCG and AMSA for many times without deficiency. 6. Make annual budget for the vessel maintenance repairing / purchases for the spare /store / lub. Oil / paint etc. well record all of the related cost and control actual cost within the budget. 7. Attended Shipyard and in charge new vessel taking over for two times, take part in ship Sea Trial, and handle the new vessel taking over matters on site, communicate and coordinate with the shipyard / surveyor and ship crew, ensure all of the equipments deficiencies have been rectified and all of the ship certificates / test reports and documents provided onboard timely 4.
