1，负责一个分厂（12条拉线，10种产品）的批量电芯工艺：动力电池工艺控制，改善，工作涵盖整个电池制造工艺包括极片制造，电芯工艺，电芯测试流程控制2，模组制造，pack工艺3，集团工艺控制系统建设，数据追溯大数据系统规划及实施4，样品转批量工艺优化，负责集团新产品转量产的工艺规范，文件固化以适应批量生产，满足公司盈亏平衡点优化工艺减少冗余控制，运用精益概念平衡生产线的产量，对每道工序建立关键参数的监控，过程能力提升以便抽检减少测试成本，梳理报废流程为团队确立改善方向，对产品进行生命周期的管理，进行成本控制，交付保证，利润率提升，提升客户满意度，并定期向公司高层回报。

Main achievement:1, leading 5-year long automation project to automate assembly line2, 2 million dollar saving this year by optimiazing process flow with lean conceptWork experience:- New product import/transfer:transfer new product of Head Stack (a Key component of Hard disk) from Thailand, then shape it into mass pro with the condition of low cost, high quality, feedback factory concerning and make it happen in the coming new products- HSA Process control/improvement: running six sigma for quality improvement and lean project of costing down head stack beyond maintaining basic goals- Leading long running automation project: Import non-mature automation line from Thailand, debugging machine to fit for mass pro, pretty good performance even better than of mother site, continue to work on the fully automation of whole process of head stack to lower down human dependance.- Particle/Contamination control/improvement: Continuously addressing the key difficulty of the industry of hard disk as more and more storage capacity requirement per disk by using new technology.
