Develop Franchising business model, develop LNG/EV stations (include business model).Make sure all the license of new open sites in place before site opening; Hold and manage all gas stations’ licenses, assure all operation licenses are valid; Manage relationship with local governments and solve license related issuers such as license inspections. Main achievements:- Network development: Open 28 new sites in 2019 which includes 10 DO sites (franchising model) , open 19 new sites in 2020 which includes 16 DO sites (in 2020 ND priority switch to DO model according to business strategy). - Real estate: In 2020 1st half which is the COVID-19 most impact period, manage ND team negotiated with operating site’s owner to reduce site rental, and finally delivered 12.7M RMB saving; another 13M RMB gained from legal action; 16M RMB from demolition site which has been left over for many years. Another achievement is the “long time close site” and “dispute sites” reduce: in 2019 when I take the NDD role, there was 23 “long time close site” and 79 sites under disputes (not include the “long time close sites”), and by end of 2020 the number reduced to 16 and 32, with this achievement Huabei Group network become more stable without any rental increase.

In 2 years’ time, Shell Retail Brand Preference in Shanxi province increased from 9% to 11%, and High-Quality Fuel indicator from 29% increased to 47%.Sales volume: In 2016 the average annual sales volume per site was 3.27ML/year, it increased to 4.17ML/year in 2018, 27.5% increase in 2 years’ time.Margene needs (before tax): In 2016 it was 82.12 cents/Liter, and it reduced to 65.83 cents/Liter in 2018.
