Responsibilities:1. Data system construction: sort out the status and demands of e-commerce business, build an e-commerce business analysis system covering core business areas such as order products, channel traffic, marketing activities, user operations, logistics inventory, etc.,realize daily business performance monitoring and early warning, and assist business evaluate operation effect and decision-making.2. Business analysis: Based on user access behaviors, analyze daily core concerns such as core conversion processes, page-specific activities/functions/user preferences, optimize core conversion processes, and improve users' browsing interest and interaction willingness; evaluate the performance of new product lanuch, Black Friday and other major promotions from multiple dimensions, such as users, channels, activities, functions, and provide improvement and optimization suggestions for subsequent new product first sales/big promotions.3. Data product construction: Promote the combined use of internal and external data products to meet the convenience of overseas channel ads management, and use internal data products to open up the entire link of business data to provide full-process data for in-depth analysis of user interaction behaviors; pull through internal and external team resources to solve all kinds of data/platform product function problems encountered in daily business.4. Data application: Based on the demands of daily business operations and special activities, to develop a user label system covering basic attributes,behavioral characteristics, marketing activities, transaction purchases, etc., and realize precise marketing activities through push/email/sms and other contact channels, evaluate the effect of label, and continuously iteratively optimize the label system; through A/B test, compare and analyze the effect of different page revision, to improve the user experience and interaction depth of the page.

Responsibility1. Business monitoring: Responsible for monitoring operation department revenue, from multi-dimensions including ads resource/ads product line/department/customer type, to analysis business performance and early warning the problems once we found.2. Revenue forecast: Ads revenue forecast based on history data, provide data reference for management making decisions. 3. Report automation: Sort out kinds of data needs and push RD fulfill regular report automation.4. Performance check: Check departments KPI performance by extracting actual data from data system. 5. Team management: Coordinate task assignment of department to make sure business run smooth; support management some other temporary demands.

Responsibility:1. Demand communication: Communicate with customer and provide preliminary suggestions, build and maintain the good relationship.2. Provide solution: Based on business scenario, analyze its short-term requirement and long-term planning, findout customer's pain points. Consider product/service/market factors, evaluate customized requirement and output final solution.3. Project management: Management key account projects, insure project run smoothly and delivery on time. Training customers how to use after product goes into operation.4. Consulting service: Digital media advertising(display, SEM, SEO, social media) analysis and optimization, improve user experience based on user behavior. Integrate online &offline CRM data, build all-process data management platform for brand owner, promote digital operation efficiency and sales conversion.5. Customer management: Maintain old customer relationship and dig out new requirement while serving old customer, to accomplish upsell tasks and enlarge cooperation.6. Product improvement：Push RD to improve the product performance & experience based on industry trend and business requirement.Achievement:1. Succeed in cooperating with 20+ brand customers.2. Responsibilities:Responsible for pre-sales service of overseas mobile operators, including pre-sales communication/proposal and after-sales implementation cooperation. Achievement:Succeed in bidding on Wireless projects of MTN Group, cooperate with group branch colleagues in the delivery phase to make sure projects implemented smoothly.
