-Regarding the standard project management program draw up the project plan, follow the progress and reporting-Plan budget, control time, cost, quality and risk management-Cooperation with project team members, problem solving, ensure the tasks be finished on time and within specification-Coordination of the internal resource (people, equipment etc.), regular checking of the resource and ensured the needed resource available-Customer support-Failure analysis, problem solving and tracking-Summarization of project experience and lessons learning.
