Additionally, He have acquired extensive experience in research and design professional practice within more than 15 years career life. Moreover, He had the privilege of working in well-known consultancy organizations, such as Singapore CPG Group and SA+P design partners in Germany. Now he works as department associate director&chief designer of Tongyuan Design Group, the China’s “TOP 10 design company in private-enterprise sector” with 2200 staffs . The professional experience enhanced the understanding of the urban developing paradigms of eastern and western countries, as well as the integrated driven force and transforming process behind the city phenotype. He consistently advocated diverse architectural and urban design projects and researches across the triple design values of “International Vison ”,“Oriental Wisdom" and "Sustainable Way“ as his planning and design research philosophy.
