As a service designer at Ardiq, I coordinate customer research with various stakeholders and map end-to-end journeys that synthesize insights with workplace trends. I also facilitate workshops that bring different departments together for alignment and prioritization. I have contributed to several projects that enhance the user experience and business value of Ardoq's products and services,l.I hold a master of design in service design from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, where I was nominated for the prize for strategic use of design. I also had exchange programs at Delft University of Technology and University of Southampton, where I learned about strategic product design and graphic arts.
