Lead and support a range of programs and initiatives to enhance the experience and welfare of Deakin students in the Faculty of Business and Law, which include:- Mentor Program: coordinated recruitment, training, daily operations, event and finance management, online workshops, and weekly program publications.- Orientation: faculty liaison with Orientation Team, session timetabling, content review, and event management.- Deakin Bowater Business Challenge: responsible for marketing, liaison to industry partners, event and finance management.- Student Societies: faculty liaison to societies, training, leadership workshops, marketing, and faculty funding management.- Deakin Beta Alpha Psi (BAP): as Co-Faculty Adviser oversaw recruitment, event support, travel and funding management, reporting to faculty leadership and BAP U.S. headquarters.- Business Travel Logistics: responsible for the budget, logistics management, coordinate with travel partner, pre-departure assessment, finance reporting, and incident response.Achievements- Led a team of 6 Team Leaders and approximately 90 student mentors, supporting 500 new students in T1 2024.- Created automated processes with the Analytics team to improve data access and decision making.- Coordinated international travel for the 2023 BAP Global Annual Conference in Las Vegas, 2024 Oceania Meeting in Auckland, and the 2024 Global Annual Conference in Orlando U.S. - Achieved global ‘Superior Chapter’ status for the Deakin BAP chapter from 2022-2024.- Published articles in the Deakin University Business Newsroom and DeakinLife blog.- Led the 2023 Postgraduate Deakin Bowater Business Challenge with OMI Group.- Led the 2022 3-day Geelong Cultural Connection Trip for the BAP committee. - Led the 2022 Team Professional Development Day at Werribee Open Range Zoo.
