Personal Banker
Current- Identifying individual customer and complex entities including trust accounts, partnerships and not for profit organizations following the KYC/AML standards.
- Reaching out to customers both in-branch and over the phone, connecting them to the right products while providing financial advice and seamless service.
- Complying with established bank and external policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality and security of bank and client assets and information.
- Accessing company ownership report from Equifax, and validating company directors.
- Conducting initial interviews with prospective home buyers to identify their lending needs.
- Identifying refinance opportunities and sending referrals to Home Finance Managers and Mobile Lenders.
