Strategic sourcing, projects' proceeding and improvement,opportunity analyses, and contract management in accordance with FAS PMS.1.Identify qualified suppliers for the assigned commodities’sourcing,supervise the strategic sourcing approval process, maintain day-to-day suppliers' relationship and lead the problem solving for all projects’ QCD issues.2.Work on “Lean” initiatives and identify other sourcing efficiencies via benchmarking, VA/VE, competitive quotes and resourcing.3.Responsible for the sourced commodities’ contract negotiation,management and optimization.4.Support business planning and savings within budgetary milestones.5.Lead the process of data collection,analyze of spending data and fulfill FAS LRP for the assigned commodities .

Manage purchasing activities and direct interface within purchasing team and between program team on EPB programs, to meet overall business target on Cost, Timing and Quality.1. Monitor and lead purchasing task on DV/PV builds, the effective on-time sourcing ,tooling kick-off and APQP/PPAP to ensure new programs flawless launch by meeting customer requirements2. Manage supplier issues during serial production such as capacity, delivery, payment, scheduling concerns etc..3. Present purchasing on various ECs/MPCRs and VAVE process, coordinate purchasing input to assure the change is launched on time and achieve the identified saving4. Represent purchasing in CQA process and GDPIM 1~8 process5.Support on global product line meetings/ workshops and Braking OPSP database6. Be Responsible for VIN PTS and PDM/Windchill system documentation creation and maintenance.
