Mr. Ioannou has significant experience in the structuring & marketing of all NPE portfolios classes. Has executed and supervised all aspects of primary and secondary NPE market transactions, both in buy-side and sell-side advisory roles. Has participated in multiple mandates involving single-credit restructurings and ordinary/distressed corporate M&A transactions in the domestic & European financial, loan servicing, hospitality, healthcare and agriculture sectors.He has advised and worked together with C-suite executives on operational, managerial & financial matters in the leasing sector. Additionally, he has guided public sector decision making as an advisor to the Regional Development Institute and the University of Patras, where he also currently is a PhD candidate in the field of climate-related financial risk.Holds an MSc in Finance degree from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BSc in Economics degree from the University of Patras, along with additional core economics courses taken at the London School of Economics.
