• Generated a panel of latent HIV+ T cell lines and showed Nef’s novel role in the enhancement of viral reactivation from latency. As confirmation, also developed CRISPR/Cas9 tool to target the editing of HIV-1 nef gene.
• Developed a novel TCR-based reporter cell assay that allow robust and scalable in vitro measurement of antigen presentation.
