• Develop annual business plan; determine target of profit, quantity, sales and target profit for the entire branch; develop and implement strategies to increase number of study abroad students and students of language class recruited across Northern Vietnam • Oversee all Sales and Marketing activities and measure performance periodically/per campaign • Maximize sales and service development opportunities• Manage and grow business relationships with different stakeholders, including: Enterprises (Business language class); Schools, Universities, Agencies and other suppliers of students (Overseas education recruitment)• Ensure stakeholders always receive appropriate levels of customer service• Promote brand image at exhibitions, seminars and events• Provide direct program counselling and support to prospective students• Handle all operational activities of branch and deal with unexpected events • Human resource management: Recruitment and Allocation; Performance Appraisal and Compensation, Culture setting, Team building… • Provide training, coaching, development and motivation for team members• Create and manage budget plan and allocate funds appropriately• Analyze and evaluate trends and changes in the market• Oversee potential risks and brainstorm solution to turn risks into opportunities • Share experience with headquarters and other branches on effective practices, market trend, business opportunities and threats
