Moorea Coral Reef Long-Term Ecological Research:• Analyzed 200+ recovering coral reefs using Coral Point Count with Excel extension (CPCe)• Conducted behavioral analysis on 100+ fish videos from Moorea, French Polynesia• Processed 1000+ images of local fish markets using ImageJ software to measure the size variability in parrotfish and red bigeye • Accumulated a sample size, via methods listed above, large enough for the lab to see a significant shift in the overall diversity and health of the coral reefs from 2005 to 2015
