Volunteered to coordinate efforts to improve the reporting system for clients and management. Managed a team of three engineers (two contractors and one employee) tasked with implementing aspects of the new reporting system.

Created and managed NextAnswers. Author of the first, production WebObjects application, Betatron, which distributed the WebObjects Release 1.0 beta. Provided enterprise software engineering consulting services to Next's clients on WebObjects, a middleware technology for web applications. Clients included: The Sharper Image, Walt Disney, Motorola, AT&T Wireless (then McCaw Cellular), and Multiva/Bancen.
